Passo serves a changing menu of house-made pasta exposing the regional variety found throughout Italy, Neapolitan-style pizzas prepared in a clay-fired oven and carefully crafted dishes utilising seasonal ingredients. Opening the doors in 2017 in the heart of the Shoreditch, Passo continues to showcase a menu influenced by regional traditions throughout Italy led by Head Chef Joe Howley.
